These three townhouse developments exploit the existing rear yard of a corner Queenslander dwelling, subdividing the property to facilitate a total of four residences. These units have been designed to be adaptable to the individual dwellers needs, with a sensitivity to the neighbouring property.
The site planning has been negotiated to allow for privacy between units, whilst still accommodating pleasant outdoor living spaces. The units have been staggered so as to minimise visual disruption of the street front and minimise roof levels.
The development application for the project is underway at present.
