Neylan Architecture have provided architectural services and consultant co-ordination for the completion of a total of 9 buildings for the APLNG plant on Curtis Island and 7 buildings at Gladstone GLNG facility. 

The projects required a diversity of structures, including Dangerous Goods and Waste Management Stores, large Maintenance Shop and Workshop facilities.

Located along Link Road, Victoria Point, the site currently  provides a health and fitness facility run by the YMCA.  The open space towards the rear of the site has been identified as an area suitable for
future development.

The development would consist of townhouses and several apartment
dwellings.

Golf Park, Brisbane Airport
The Golf Park, located off Airport Drive, will consist of a Clubhouse, Driving Range, Putting Green and Mini Golf facilities. 





The currently unused area will create a recreation and retail precinct linking with the DFO. To be completed in 2013 this complex will also provide a new office space for Avid Sports.

Bundaberg Oncology Facility
To be completed in mid 2013 within the Medical Precinct of Bundaberg,  the Oncology Facility  will provide a state of the art complex to aid in the detection and treatment of cancer.   The oncology facilty will link with the recently completed Medical Centre, to create a node within Bundaberg for medical treatment.

Integrated Health Facility, Buranda
Over the last few years, Neylan Architecture's design expertise has expanded into Health Planning through a series of  Brisbane projects.  

These consultancies  involved master planning,  development of a design brief  and development of  architectural layouts for pricing and promotion. 

Planning focused mainly on integrated  health faciliites,  including aged care, post-acute care,  specialized  hospitals and support health services.


 

NORTHBANK

With the current Queensland Government announcing of the renewal of Government Administrative Precinct, the development of Number 1 William Street and the revamp of the Old State Library, the debate surrounding the future of Northbank once again rears its head.

A submission was made to the Government regarding Northbank back in 2008. We continue to feel that our ideas are relevant.

Neylan Architecture was proud to have recently particpated in the Emergency Shelter Exhibition held in King George Square, Brisbane July 17 - 20, 2012.   The exhibition was a success, despite the poor weather, with all proceeds and donations going to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

Our Medical Centre in the regional city of Bundaberg has just completed construction and sits nicely in the health precinct along Bourbong Street.  Tenants are completing fit out works and the bulding will be fully operational in the coming weeks.
