Neo’s Corner

Neo’s Corner is a contemporary four-storey, mixed-use commercial building situated along Ipswich Road in Annerley. Designed to balance functionality with modern aesthetics, the project integrates a range of uses to serve the local community.

The lower ground level accommodates secure car parking alongside a welcoming café, while the upper ground level provides additional parking and flexible office tenancies. Rising above, Levels 1 and 2 are purpose-built for a multi-level childcare centre, designed to support up to 148 children.

The architectural character of the building is defined by a refined façade of rendered finishes, brickwork, and vertical battens in light, neutral tones, softened with landscaped greenery that enhances the sense of calm and arrival.

Within the childcare centre, the design continues the neutral palette, creating a nurturing and professional environment. State-of-the-art facilities cater to both children and staff, with thoughtfully designed play areas for each age group. These outdoor spaces support exploration, play, and learning in a safe and developmentally appropriate setting.
