The site planning process carefully balanced density with sensitivity to the existing context. Through a hybrid, tapered building form, the development integrates seamlessly with the surrounding urban fabric—respecting the scale of neighboring structures, preserving privacy, and maintaining key view corridors toward the Brisbane River.

Sustainability is embedded in the design strategy. A network of ventilation wells enables natural cross-ventilation, introducing cooling breezes into both common areas and individual units.
