A beautiful new renovation is in the works in Toowong, raising and extending a small old Queenslander in a character zone to meet the needs of the growing family that lives in the home. The design is simple and well executed, placing emphasis on passive measures to ensure energy efficiency through natural ventilation, daylighting, shading devices and adequate insulation.
