CLAYFIELD RESIDENTIAL REFURBISHMENT

Converted from a heritage-listed Art Deco Church, this Clayfield residence respects the building's original form in its Architectural artistry whilst becoming a family home. The renovation works involved the division of the original auditorium into open plan living spaces which take advantage of the ceiling height and natural lighting opportunities. Following the completion of the architectural work, the project was passed onto an interior design firm and is now on the market.
