Located on Hamilton Hill with views over the Brisbane City skyline, the task of renovating this beautiful existing residence has presented the team with an interesting set of design challenges. The project demanded a sensitive consideration of the existing character of the dwelling, whilst still maintaining a modern design approach.
Working within the existing built footprint, bedroom, bathroom and living spaces were upgraded to enhance their usability, with the building facade and entryway also given a face-lift. Our clients were happily back in their home in time for Christmas, with a refreshed house.
