KAWANA COMMUNITY CENTRE

​A neighbourhood centre consisting of a local Council library, a multi-purpose community hall & an open rotunda/lobby. The complex is sited adjacent to other community facilities in the form of sports fields & local business premises. The buildings have been designed to be naturally ventilated & to capture significant natural lighting through correct solar orientation.
