​A concept for a new private hospital facility in an existing urban area. The development will also contain assisted living units, a nursing home & allied health facilities to service the surrounding area.

The property is prominently located with three street frontage & with its western boundary adjacent to an existing school.

Our planning recommends establishment of a new private street running through the property from which entry to the various facilities in effected. The street also provides access to a multi-deck carpark in the middle of the block: roof of the carpark will be landscaped to provide contemplative space accessible from the various wings of the complex.
