FOUR TOWNHOUSES, MORNINGSIDE


The project brief called for an existing sprawling house to be replaced with four new high end townhouses.  Each townhouse consists of a 2 story unit containing 3 bedrooms, a study and 2 bathrooms on the upper level.  The kitchen, dining and living areas are located on the ground level.  The ground level also houses the laundry, guest toilet and has access to the lock-up garage and courtyard.

Throughout the structure, the use of low formaldehyde joinery, low VOC paints, thermal and acoustic insulation and bamboo flooring was implemented to aid in the clients commitment to ESD initiatives.
