RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - VICTORIA POINT

This proposal is to develop 8,000sqm of surplus land in Victoria Point to accommodate a mixed density multi-unit residential development. 

The proposal is for a total of 55 units accommodated within a combination of two and three storey townhouses and apartments complexes. The units will be a mix of one and two bedrooms, which will provide affordable accommodation for the residents of Victoria Point.
