Benowa Gardens Urbane Village

Benowa Gardens Urban Village will see approximately 413 new apartments built alongside new retail, dining and lifestyle offerings creating a diverse and exciting centre for the community. This project seeks to activate the neighborhood streets, incorporating greenery and open spaces, and to provide safe and secure access to all. As a whole the project aims to enhance the visual character of site and bring people together in a place that offers something for everyone.

We have been busily engaged in planning the next evolutionary phase of our Client’s property at Benowa on Queensland’s Gold Coast. Working with our Consulting team, a comprehensive Planning submission has been made to Gold Coast City Council.
