OFFICE DEVELOPMENT, REGIONAL QUEENSLAND

A four storey commercial office building in a Queensland regional centre.  The building facade on the main street frontage is terraced to create a covered entrance plaza at ground level.  The western facade is protected from solar heat gain by the use of large scale vertical precast concrete fins.
