​This  residential apartment development will house 12 luxury apartments, with the two penthouse units having the addition of a rooftop courtyard and city views.

As two existing character dwellings are to be maintained, our team had to carefully navigate the dilemma of respecting and complimenting the traditional character of such buildings whilst introducing a new modern flair to the streetscape in the form of the up-market unit complex.

The two existing dwellings will be shifted south to a vacant allotment to make way for a second three storey apartment complex entered directly off Jeays St. These dwellings will be  raised and restored for retail use, offering an interesting interplay of uses of this previously residential site.
