OUTER SUBURBS RETAIL CENTRE

This is an existing complex which is undergoing a progressive enhancement and expansion to add new uses to the property and more adequately connect the various ingredients.
​It is a work in progress which will continue over a number of years.
In recent times we have:
- added a child care centre
- re-established the motel
- re-purposed the defunct garden centre into a medical tenancy
- added additional retail space
- completed a cosmetic enhancement of existing tenancies
